I absolutely love it…..I walk in and am greeted with a huge smile and it doesn’t matter who is at the desk…they all smile….These people take pride In helping. ..I had knee surgery and delayed therapy for 8 months because I didn’t believe in it…I regent not starting earlier…they showed me my weakness and showed me the progress in a short amount of time….I can now walk normally with NO PAIN…Thanks FPT

At the beginning of my treatment for muscle spasms and Spina Bifida-related balance issues, I was given the impression I would be given core-strengthening exercises for balance. After waiting for weeks to be shown these, I made up my own. After being “caught” doing them, I was told to stick to the “list.” The list is full of exercises that A) Are not strengthening my core and B ) Keep aggravating a hamstring injury I got doing this very routine. It is very frustrating that I cannot do my core work and am forced to do pointless, not to mention painful exercises

I believe the therapists will do a great job at evaluating your current situation and give you thoughtful recommendations on exercises that will help you to improve with your daily tasks.

I was asked what my goals for therapy were on my first visit after ankle tendon surgery . Non weight bearing for almost six weeks. There were 4 goals, to walk normal, drive, go up and down stairs and to visit my sister in Washington. In 4 weeks I have achieved 3 out of 4. Kudos to my exceptional therapist , Lindsay, whose been with me every step of the way.
