Dr. Jessica Kline completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s at the University of Michigan-Flint and her Doctorate and OMPT certificate through Oakland University. Dr. Kline has 20 years of orthopedic expertise and is well-versed in treating patients of all ages. Jessica is also employed by the University of Michigan-Flint as a lecturer in the Physical Therapy program where she helps educate future PTs. As an Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist (OMPT), she uses advanced evaluation techniques to localize the source of your pain, manual (hands-on) treatment to eliminate/manage your pain, and specific exercises to maximize function. Jessica believes the PT and the patient work together as a team to achieve goals and restore function. When possible, Jessica incorporates her passion for ballet with her passion as a physical therapist, creating innovative exercises for her patients. In her free time, Jessica enjoys walking, running, and playing with her daughter and Golden Retriever puppy! She loves reading, warm sunny weather, and working-out and is thankful for the natural light that streams in the vast number of windows at Functional PT!
